­ččáDiscover – understand what is going on from the other person’s perspective

­ččáAnalyze – discuss the real problem, identify the system factors, find the root together

­ččáSolve – work on finding a win:win solution together

­ččáSet goals – commit to a SMART goal and plan

­ččáFollow up – monitor, adjust, and celebrate
